The Process

Our programs are designed and tailored to the individual. We offer a money back guarantee on all of our one-on-one coaching programs and therefore follow a very specific process as outlined below:

Initially one of our coaches will contact you for an obligation free discussion (usually by phone) to ascertain an overview of the desired outcome and/or the area of concern.

Following our brief assessment, our coaches will then invite you to participate in a “H.O.W.T.O” session at one of our locations in Brighton, South Yarra or the Yarra Valley.

“H.O.W.T.O” stands for History, Obstacles, Walls, Timeframes and Outcomes and allows the Practitioner to establish the extent of the area(s) of concern.  From here we are able to develop an extensive appraisal and quote you on the possible timeframe for the desired outcome.  On the day of your consultation you will be invoiced a small, however should you wish to engage our services the cost of this initial consultation is then absorbed into the total cost of your therapy.
