At Life Puzzle, because we are family, we know how important family is.
Teresa and Chandell are mother and daughter, however if you ask them they will tell you that they are friends first mother and daughter second. Starting the business in 2006, the pair was keen to share their knowledge with others and assist people in created positive and lasting change. Realizing a need within the community for support for women with families Chandell and Teresa re-aligned their focus to specialize in assisting women be the best they can be, meet all the responsibilities of being a woman in the 21st century and still have time and energy for themselves.
The girls have a fabulous relationship and individually can bring unique elements to their workshops and coaching sessions. With experience and learnings that cross different generations, industry sectors, life experience and personalities, you can feel confident that our team will have a story/situation that you can relate to.
Teresa Labbozzetta, Master Practitioner/Coach
Mother of two, successful business owner, breast cancer survivor, passionate dancer
a woman who knows what she wants and what she needs to do to get it, Teresa has an infectious laugh and a positive attitude that will have you convinced that life can be a wonderful as you can imagine.
After facing many challenges including migrating to a new country as a young girl, juggling businesses and young children, a challenged marriage and a life threatening Illness, Teresa sought out something that would help her to deal with the emotional overwhelm that she constantly felt. So, with her courage and positive nature, Teresa convinced herself to stop accepting ‘mediocre’ and start creating happiness, success and freedom. Since 2005, when Teresa studied NLP to create positive change in her own life, she hasn’t looked back. A cancer survivor of 14years, today, she is committed to your well-being and assisting you in creating your life the way you want it. Prior to being a mentor and a successful inspirer she spent over 30 years as a Hairdresser and Beauty Therapist, owning Salons in Melbourne and teaching at reputable schools such as John Morrey(now Australian College of Hair & Beauty) and The Melbourne College of Hair & Beauty. Bringing with her, her expertise in ‘looking beautiful on the outside’; Teresa wants to help you to see how you can feel beautiful on the inside too. She is confident that you can have it all when you have the right tools to build your success.
Teresa still lives in Melbourne, has a wonderful relationship with her two children who she enjoys spending time with and continues to dedicate time to her passions including helping others to feel empowered and successful.
Chandell Labbozzetta, Master Practitioner/Coach
Following a series of trying situations, including bullying at high school, the separation of her family unit, a parent with a life threatening illness and a young brother she felt responsible for, Chandell ‘grew up’ very quickly. Developing what she thought was strength and resilience to deal with hardship in her early adolescence, she realized in her early twenties that, in an effort to stay strong for everyone else she left no time to be strong and nurturing for herself. In 2005, Chandell suffered an emotional breakdown as a result of the 10 years of suppressed emotions and stifled disappointments. While successful in a range of corporate positions in Business Development, Sales and Marketing, achieving a top 12 finalist position in the 2003 Miss World Australia pageant and despite constant recognition and support she received from her friends, family, colleagues and peers, Chandell constantly felt a void that it seemed nothing could fill.
The answer was discovering a belief in her worthiness from within. After attending trainings in NLP, she encountered a journey that would see her face the trials of her past easily and effortlessly, to come out the other side with new learnings and a new outlook on her life that she was passionate to share with others. Chandell, previously a sales professional has held roles with large organizations such as KPMG and Regus, she has also worked in Events Management, Finance and Logistics. She enjoys engaging with people, working towards win-win outcomes and assisting people in creating meaningful goals and working with them to ensure that they are achieved.
Chandell also lives in Melbourne and in her spare time, she likes to dance, play golf with her Dad, and catch up regularly with friends and family.
